Temperature Control Valve
The Temperature Control Valve (TCV) is a modulating valve that also functions as a shut-off valve. It consists of two main parts: an electromechanical control valve and a pneumatically actuated poppet valve assembly. The valve operates with electro-pneumatic actuation. The poppet valve is balanced with inlet pressure and has a spring that holds it in the closed position. The position of the poppet valve is directly linked to the amount of current supplied to the electromechanical control valve, providing precise control of airflow or temperature regulation.
